Where to go for a 7 to 10 day hike in Europe in late May?

Hi

I was googeling a lot recently but couldn't find a hike yet that really convinced me. The only thing I could find was the GR221 in Mallorca.

Maybe you have some recommendations. I'm basically looking for a 7 to 10 days hike in Europe that is doable in late May. Therefore all the hikes in the high alps aren't possible. The hike should be well marked, but can be challenging. Any nice ideas?
