Hiking vacation recommendations for western USA

Last year we went to the Grand Canyon, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire and Lake Mead for our vacation. Hiked over 45 miles that week and loved every minute of it.

This year we're considering southern Utah. Bryce Canyon, The Arches, and Zion NP.

We're also open to other options so I wanted to see if anyone has any other suggestions.

Edit: We'll have probably 8 days available to hike.
