travel and rhum

My spouse and I are shopping for new wheels, we have a Kia Sorento that will soon join the moon club.

We plan to hit the road a bit more in the future, most likely state and national parks, but also random trailheads in places like the Winds, Cloud Peak, Sierras, etc.

Just the two of us, but need room to give rides and fit packs. Mileage is semi-important too.

So what do you guys drive?

Me and a buddy are looking to go to Iceland for a couple day hiking trip (3-5 days in april) but have no idea where to start looking. None of my family members or other people I'm close with have ever been interested in this kinda thing. Anyone got any recommendations?

Looking for. 3-5 day hike in the high peaks region of the Adirondacks. I would love to summit some of the high peaks. I have spend a lot of time up there skiing in the winter, but never hiking and camping. Any recommendations of trails, peaks to climb, places to camp ect. I’m looking to go around the end of May or beginning of June.

I’m in need of a new holster for my .40 cal handgun. What are your most comfortable open carry holsters that you like to hike with?

I'm in the UK (based in Cambridgeshire) and looking for night hike suggestions. I'm currently training for the Isle of Wight ultra, doing the full 106km in one hit. I was hoping someone might have some ideas of some safe night hikes for a solo female walker- or even know of any groups that do night hikes? I have googled but did not come across anything. I'm also very happy to travel across the UK.
