What to expect when breaking in leather boots?
After some serious difficulty in finding a pair that fit well, I’ve got a pair of Scarpa Mescalito TRK’s, of which the upper is leather suede.
Following all the usual advice, they fit perfectly length and volume wise.
Been wearing them for many hours round the house and one thing I’ve noticed is slight soreness on the outside of my foot just below the pinky toe.
Is this likely to become less of an issue the more I wear the boots as they soften? I have tried half a size bigger and they were causing heel rubbing from being too big.
