travel and rhum

I have a buddy of mine on the wonderland trail in WA and yesterday their Bitmoji on snap maps popped up for the first time in like 24hrs but the Bitmojis geolocation was approximately 2 miles East of the wonderland trail. I don’t know if this is because the mountainous terrain could be throwing the geolocation off or if they are way off course. Also I don’t know if I should be worried for them. They are experienced in hiking but not a professional hiker. they started on Sunday and should be done in like 9-10 days. I’m just curious if I should be worried or if it’s normal for geolocation to be that far off. Just don’t want them to be lost. Thanks for the advice.

What’s your favorite lunch to pack for a dayhike? Mine is crackers with cheese and pepperoni or summer sausage. I like it because it doesn’t require cooking, isn’t messy to assemble and lasts pretty well in my pack as long as it’s not super hot out.
